Job Summary The Online Non-Credit Marketing Strategist will work directly with the Manager of Marketing, Recruiting, and Enrollment Support and other team members on recruitment activities and outreach for the Purdue University – Purdue Online non-credit programs.

The Online Non-Credit Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive and coordinated marketing strategies and communications plans to increase awareness and registrations for the online non-credit programs.

Coordinate program recruitment and communication efforts to promote non-credit programs, work with academic leads around campus, faculty, and prospective students.

Responsibilities will include: development of marketing strategies, implement marketing plan, create graphics and presentations, social media campaigns, content marketing, coordinate virtual information sessions, and website maintenance.    Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Two years of experience in one or more of the following: marketing management, strategic planning, administering and executing a marketing/communications plan, and working with marketing agencies to maximize recruitment efforts  In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge and interest in higher education with a focus on online learning specific to new student recruitment Planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management skills   Good written and oral communications skills   Ability to follow guidelines, structure and established policy while working with others   Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, often under tight deadlines  Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and possess top level business management, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills This position will require up to 20% travel within and outside of Indiana with overnight and same day events Occasionally weekend event attendance  Professional dress and demeanor is required, as this individual will work with corporate contacts directly on a regular basis Preferred: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or closely related field Experience with online programs  Experience working in a marketing and communication function within a university setting Additional Information: Purdue will not sponsor employment authorization for this position.

FLSA: Exempt (Not Eligible For Overtime)  Retirement Eligibility: Defined Contribution Waiting Period.
