Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Complies with all applicable local, state, and Federal Environmental Laws and regulations; 2) Designs and plan ship arrivals for docking with relationship to mechanical, electrical, water, sewer and waste water hookup; 3) Adjusts for unplanned ship arrivals; and 4) Manages any changing environments upon inclement weather such as hurricanes.
