Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the NH-01 (GS-4 grade equivalent) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
