This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job.

Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible.

The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF A SHEET METAL MECHANIC WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION: 1) Fabricating, assembling, repairing, and installing sheet metal items having combined straight and curved edges or irregular curves and planes; 2) Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics; and 3) Using a wide variety of hand and power tools associated with sheet metal.
