You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the PEARL HARBOR NAVAL SHIPYARD AND IMP DETACHMENT GUAM of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 12.45% will be added to the stated salary.

GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and interpreting engineering technical guides; resolving critical technical engineering problems; preparing estimates and/or developing technical engineering instructions and procedures to execute projects related to submarines and ships.

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting with resolving engineering problems, project design and projects related to submarine and ship repair.
