Adjunct Faculty, Marketing - Position Pool The George Mason University, School of Business would like to invite you to apply for adjunct positions in the area of Marketing for Academic Year 2020-2021.

We are accepting applications for teaching assignments in all areas of Marketing, but most specifically for, Marketing Management/Strategy, and Marketing Research (focus groups, survey research), Marketing Analytics (marketing mix models, conjoint analysis, choice models, cluster analysis, perceptual mapping, customer lifetime value), including online teaching.

To support these strategic initiatives, the School of Business is playing a significant role in three new university initiatives: the Institute for Digital InnovAtion (IDIA); the Institute for a Sustainable Earth (ISE); and the School of Computing.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities, in addition to teaching, include preparing course materials, student engagement, student assessment, and holding regularly scheduled office hours (online support in the case of online teaching).

Required Qualifications: * Successful applicants should have an M.S.

in Marketing, or a related Business discipline or MBA, with relevant work experience for undergraduate level teaching; * Successful applications should have a P.D., or Doctorate in Marketing or a related Business discipline for graduate level teaching; * Good citizenship and the ability to work well with colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications: * Prior teaching experience and current experience in the marketing profession is strongly preferred; * For Marketing Research courses, familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and Qualtrics; * For Marketing Analytics courses, familiarity with SPSS or Python or R, and Tableau.
