GS 12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS 11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, as a Professional Engineer planning, developing, and advising on electronic or electrical engineering system designs, specifications and products to resolve problems associated with the development, installation, and integration of deep submergence equipment and systems.

GS 11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS 09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, as a Professional Engineer researching, analyzing and revising electronic or electrical engineering system designs, specifications and products to recommend solutions to problems associated with the maintenance, installation, or modernization of deep submergence equipment and systems.
