Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA), Partner Participation and Oversight (PPO).The Office of Partner Participation and Oversight (PPO) is responsible for activities that support and monitor FSA program participants and enforce compliance with laws and regulations governing student financial assistance programs Minimum Qualification Requirements:nBasic Experience Requirements:nSpecialized Experience for the GS-14 One year of experience in either federal/private that is equivalent to at least a GS-13 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:n1.

Experience ina variety of administrative and project-oriented assignments, but, in the context of the constantly evolving requirements, technology, and distributed learning programs of the transforming FSA.n2.Experience increating presentations, communications, handouts, demos, tutorials, templates, job aids, training materials, and other print-media, as needed, supporting learning activities enhancing and maintaining instructor-led and computer-based learning.n3.

Experience inexercising independent judgment along with the expert skill to plan, organize, and support the work of programs/projects.nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs).

Knowledgein and expert ability and skill to effectively and efficiently communicating verbally and written when conveying technical and non-technical information to diverse levels of learners, to develop policy and procedures, and to convince/persuade management to accept/try new or novel development approaches resolving organizational performance problems..n2.Ability developing a comprehensive knowledge of the mission, organization and work processes of Federal Student Aid's programs and their relationship to the training and development process.n3.
