In the Firm-wide forecasting framework (F3) group, we develop a platform that enables developers and business users throughout the firm to develop, deploy, test, and execute forecasting models for regulatory and budget purposes.As a member of the team, you'll be responsible primarily for developing and modernizing APIs and backend services.

Your typical day at work should primarily be spent writing code, troubleshooting bugs, or improving our platforms and infrastructure.In the F3 group, we look first and foremost for people who are constant learners and who are passionate about utilizing technology efficiently to achieve business goals.

You'll work in a collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking environment-one that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers globally.Desired skills and experience: * 2+ years of production enterprise experience * Strong programming skills in any high level language (Python preferred) * Working proficiency in developmental toolsets, such as Git, JIRA, CI/CD software, and an IDE * Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture * Working knowledge of SQL and understanding of databases and data modeling * Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices * Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals * Passionate about building an innovative culture * Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement * Knowledge of application security standardsBonus points for knowledge of: * Python * Django * Javascript and ReactJS * Kubernetes * CloudFoundry * AWSJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
