Students will participate as guest researchers in hands-on neutron science or engineering at the NIST Center for Neutron Research mentored by NIST staff.

Full-time, part-time, and volunteer positions are available.

Typical appointments include a contiguous 11-week period during the summer, but internships may also be available year round.

Applications are accepted throughout the year.

For summer appointments, apply by March 20.
