Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized Experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Apply engineering concepts, principles and practices applicable to a range of engineering disciplines (i.e., civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, environmental) required for the design, layout, execution processes of construction operations in order to provide input on construction projects.; 2) Ensure compliance of quality control plans for construction projects; 3) Make recommendations to resolve problems encountered during construction operations; and 4) Interpret construction guidance specifications for the purpose of monitoring contract compliance.
