In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Resolving issues related to various environmental programs (i.e.

Clean Water Act (CWA), Oil Pollution Act (OPA), Oil Pollution Prevention Regulations, Clean Air Act (CAA), Emergency Planning Community Right-to Know Act (EPCRA), Resources Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), etc.); 2) Conducting inspections of air emission units and operations, fuel storage tank systems, and/or hazardous waste storage areas to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, policies, instructions, and installation permits; 3) Compiling data for air, fuel tank, and/or hazardous waste program requirements, reports, and permit revisions; and 4) Reviewing/providing written comments for maintenance and construction project scopes of work, contracts, and design drawings.
