This is a Student Intern appointment NTE 1 year in the Pathways Program.

Upon successful completion of the Pathways Internship Program requirements in accordance with 5 CFR 362.204 (work experience hours, satisfactory performance, educational requirements, mandatory training completion, etc.) interns may be non-competitively converted to a term, career conditional or career appointment within 120 days to an International Development Finance Analyst, GS-1101-07.

No Specialized Experience.

GS-07: Completion of 1 full academic year of graduate level education; or Eligibility under the Superior Academic Achievement Provision and completion of a bachelor's degree.

Examples of qualifying fields include International Development, International Business, Finance, or a closely related field.

Qualifying education must have been obtained from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S.

Department of Education.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S.

education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S.

accredited college or university.
