Job Summary The Department of Political Science seeks 2 undergraduate teaching assistants (UTA) for POL 223 Introduction to Environmental Politics for Fall 2019.
UTA responsibilities may include: assisting with office hours, preparation of course materials, grading papers, monitoring class discussions, providing review sessions, and other class-related activities.
Position Details The position will span Semester Week 3, September 9- through Semester Week 14, November 22. The position pays $10/hour for approximately 12-15 hours per week with some variation. Qualifications Required: Completion of POL 223 with a grade B+ or better Preferred: Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher, GPA of 3.5 or higher in Political Science Completion of at least three upper division Political Science courses Employee Class StudentBenefits Eligibility NOFLSA Status Non-Exempt
