In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Modifying standard practices and adapting equipment or techniques to solve a variety of problems; Applying standard practices of related engineering disciplines to utilities engineering design; Planning, budgeting and monitoring large scale utility construction projects to ensure compliance with objectives, standards, and requirements; and Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and engineering drawings to prepare reports.
