GS-12 Salary Range: $89,834 - $116,788.nGS-13 Salary Range: $106,823 - $138,868.

Selective Placement Factor (SPF): If applying for this position at the GS-13 level, you must hold a current Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) registration from any state, the District of Columbia, Guam or Puerto Rico.

You must provide a copy of your current registration with your application.

A copy of a certificate that does not show current registration status will not serve to verify you meet this requirement.

For the GS-13: In addition to the SPF and Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:n1) Providing assistance and technical guidance to other engineers/architects, or other business/support lines or functional areas as appropriate to support construction projects.n2) Exercising management and administrative skills in leading the execution of Capital Improvements projects post-awardn3) Providing technical recommendations/solutions to complex problems encountered during the administration of the construction contractsn4) Coordinating mandatory post-award contract meetings and final inspections;n5) Managing inter-related construction projects associated with high-visibility programs to ensure funding thresholds and impacts to operational needs are not exceeded.
