Minimum Qualification Requirementshttps://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/hiring-information/direct-hire-authority/#url=Governmentwide-AuthoritySpecialized Experience for the GS-15One year of experience equivalent to the GS-14 performing at least two (2) of the following three (3) duties or work assignments: Experience in and extensive knowledge of legal processes sufficient to research legislative history, precedent decisions, and legal opinions, determine the relevance or sufficiency of legal, financial, or other related data; develop, draft, and defend adverse actions; and negotiate and settle matters concerning adverse actions.nExperience in providing guidance, mentorship and training to lower grade staff in compliance, enforcement or legal case work, including evaluating written work products and proposed case development.nExperience in written and oral communication to present, explain, and defend narrative and statistical data presentations.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs).
