This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job.
The Screen-out Element for this position is: 1) Selecting and installing weight handling gear used in lifting, moving, and positioning a variety of large and heavy objects; 2) Using a variety of tools and equipment such as marlin spikes, fids, serving mallets, rigger's screw, and swaging machine to splice, form, and finish the rigging gear; and 3) Cutting, splicing, assembling, repairing, installing, standing, and running rigging in accordance with specifications, instructions, or work orders.
