To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-13.Candidates for the GS-14grade level must have at least 52 weeks of all the specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13grade level in the Federal service.Specialized experience for this position includes: 1 –Experience working with stakeholders to identify pain points, proposed changes, strategies and solutions that will align the customer experience to the organization’s mission, vision.n2 – Experience as a project manager or serving in a lead role for a customer focused operation or organization.n3 – Experience using digital technology, communication tools, and networks to locate, evaluate, use, and share information.nExperience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
