The Website Strategy Director is responsible for managing a team that focuses on maintaining and optimizing our public website, as well as key customer experience interactions in our authenticated space.

This position is responsible for the strategy and execution of driving transformation and innovation into our websites.

This role will be focused on continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities and what’s next.ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall development and delivery of the presence, from roadmap to development and executionOwn overall roadmap of Web Content Management System (WCMS) from content creation and rich media management to omni-channel publication, optimization, automation, commerce, and community.Work within Agile framework and drive priorities and results of a dedicated Agile teamConstantly improve site experience by encouraging a growth and optimization mindset among your team to improve performance and customer experienceOwn overall delivery, assessment, and measurement of this critical channelWork with UX and stakeholders across the organization to build out site experiences, interactions, and toolsOwn personalization experience and strategy in this channelManage our DMP (Data Management Platform) and partner with data and analytics stakeholders to optimizeIdentify new opportunities and solutions to drive the experience forward – be on top of what’s best in class and what’s up and comingPartner closely with our technology team to identify elegant and efficient technology solutionsManage and maintain the website and its development team and ensure on time delivery of all web projectsQualifications:8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology role5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or Open Text Team Site5+ years of People management experienceExperience managing a website platformExperience leveraging a broad range of marketing website technologies (e.g.

CMS, analytics, tag management, customer feedback tools, testing tools)Experience working with a DMP (Data Management Platform)Experience with personalization tactics and technologiesExperience managing one or more major website rebuild or rebranding effortsStrong leadership and relationship building skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsPassion for building high performing sites and teams (both technical and non-technical)Ability to independently and effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflictsAbility to work on competing priorities in a fast paced environmentEducation: Bachelor’s degree requiredHours and Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-F, 8:30am-5:00pmWhy Work for UsAt Citizens, you'll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
