This role will be critical to our strategy, and will be responsible for building a direct-to-consumer digital payment product(s) to deepen customer engagement and loyalty with our franchise.The Point of Sale eCommerce Partner is responsible for developing a differentiated, world class, digital shopping and sales experience.
This position is responsible for the strategy and execution of driving transformation and innovation in our digital shopping and sales processes to support our aggressive digital sales plan.Primary responsibilities include:Creating and optimizing the digital shopping and application experienceResearching, analyzing and executing strategies and tactics to increase online application start and completion rates, driving customer cross sell and customer acquisitionPerforming competitive analysis, monitoring competitive activity and reacting to online trendsCreating and maintaining digital sales strategy roadmap and forecastAnalyzing and reporting on digital sales plans/forecastsLeading large projects designed to provide an optimal digital sales experience, leveraging digital best practicesPartnering with a number of internal groups to drive digital demand and sales while maintaining a seamless transition across all digital experiencesMonitoring and managing risk associated with online application processes and proceduresUtilizing market knowledge and trends to inform design and strategyExecuting on deliverablesDeliver on tactical day to day requestsQualificationsRequired Skills/Experience: 7-10 years experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Sales and MarketingFinancial industry experienceStrong leadership and relationship building skillsDemonstrated thought leadership in the digital spaceWeb analytics, user experience and optimization experienceAbility to effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflictsStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsCreative, analytical and takes initiative, along with a strong attention to detailAbility to work on competing priorities in a fast paced environment with competing prioritiesPreferred Skills/Experience: Experience with Point of Sale FinancingExperience with annual sales planning, forecasting, and competitive benchmarkingExperience creating, analyzing and delivering sales funnel performance reportsStrong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with Agile methodologyEducation, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:Bachelor's Degree requiredHours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmPotential flexibility for working remote 1 or 2 days weekly#LI-KP1Why Work for UsAt Citizens, you'll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
