Candidate should have a Ph.D.
in Chemistry and extensive experience in nanoscience and associated analytical techniques.
Work Performed The Postdoctoral Researcher will work on a project related to understanding how nanoparticles interact with the proteins present in lung fluid.
This is a team effort and the candidate is expected to work well both independently and as part of team.
The Postdoctoral Researcher will be responsible for measuring the concentration, composition, and oxidation of proteins adsorbed on nanoparticles and the response of lung cells to these protein-nanoparticle complexes.
The candidate is expected to have a strong background in nanoscience.
This is a valuable opportunity to work with an active, multidisciplinary research group.
The appointment will be for one year with the possibility of renewal for a second year.
