The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is local commuting area.
Note: US Citizens and Non-Citizens that live within 50 miles of Fort Rucker, AL.
(Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.) This position is located at Mother Rucker's Sports Bar, The Landing Zone, or The Landing.
Minimum Qualifications: 1.
Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment.n2.
Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.n3.
Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.n4.
Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
Best Qualified:n1.
Six months experience working as a bartender.n2.
Cashier experience.
**Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications and best qualifying criteria will be referred to the selecting official first.
**NOTE: This is a standing register, applicants will be sent to the hiring manager on a weekly basis as needed.
Additional referral lists may be issued at management's request.
Incumbents may be transferred and/or work in multiple locations based on the need of the activities.
