In this position you will serve as the revenue and fee collection business systems coordinator with a large and highly complex recreation and use fee program Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.

All qualifications must be met by the closing date of this announcement-07/30/2021-unless otherwise stated in this vacancy announcement.

Credit will be given for all appropriate qualifying experience.

For current Federal employees, if hours worked per week are not included on your resume, you must submit a non-award SF-50 as part of your application to be used to validate your work schedule and determine the amount of specialized experience that you will be granted.

An award SF-50 will not be acceptable documentation for which to consider your amount of qualifying experience.

For all other applicants who are not current federal employees, your resume must state either "full-time" (or "40 hours a week") or "part-time" with the number of hours worked per week to ensure proper crediting of specialized experience.

For periods of time that reflect military service, the DD-214 or Statement of Service is sufficient to meet the full and/or part-time hours requirement as the service dates will be reflected.

To qualify for this position at the GS-07 grade level, you must possess at least one of the following minimum qualifications by close of the announcement: EXPERIENCE: At least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors).

This experience includes activities such as: Specialized experience is experience which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of this position.

Examples of qualifying specialized experience include administrative work that involves the exercise of analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and personal responsibility, and the application of a substantial body of knowledge of principles, concepts, and practices applicable to recreation fee management; analyzing, evaluating, modifying, and developing the basic programs, policies, and procedures which facilitate the work of park fee programs; and administrative analysis, theory, and principles in adapting practice to the unique requirements of a recreation fee program.

Your resume must include hours per week worked.n-OR-nEDUCATION: Successful completion of at least one full year of graduate level education in a related field such as business administration, finance, accounting or other closed related subjects.

Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of this position.

You must include transcripts.n-OR-nSuperior Academic Achievement (S.A.A.): A bachelor's degree in a directly-related field, as noted above, and meeting one of the criteria of S.A.A.

- (1) Class Standing: must be in the upper third of the graduating class in a college, university or major subdivision, such as the college of Liberal Arts or the School of Business Administration, based on completed courses; OR (2)Grade Point Average (G.P.A.): Applicants must have a grade-point average of (a) 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0 as recorded on their official transcript, or as computed based on four years of education or as computed based on courses completed during the final two year of the curriculum; or (b) 3.5 or higher out of a possible 4.0 based on the average of the required courses completed in the major field or the required courses in the major field completed during the final two years of the curriculum; OR (3) Election to membership in a national scholastic honor society: Membership in a freshman honor society cannot be used to meet the requirements of this provision.n-OR-nSuccessful completion of a combination of education and experience as described above.

To combine education and experience, first take percentage of required graduate education.

Then take the number of months of full time experience and divide by 12 months.

Add the percentages together.

The total must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.

To qualify for this position at the GS-09 grade level, you must possess at least one of the following minimum qualifications by close of the announcement: EXPERIENCE: At least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors).

This experience includes activities such as: Specialized experience is experience which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of this position.

Examples of qualifying specialized experience include managing a recreation fee program for a small park or unit.

Creditable experience involves the exercise of analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and personal responsibility, and the application of a substantial body of knowledge of principles, concepts, and practices applicable to recreation fee management; analyzing, evaluating, modifying, and developing the basic programs, policies, and procedures which facilitate the work of park fee programs; and administrative analysis, theory, and principles in adapting practice to the unique requirements of a recreation fee program.

Your resume must include hours worked per week.n-OR-nEDUCATION: A Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree or successfully completed at least two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, accounting or other closely related subjects OR LL.B.

or J.D., if related.

You must include transcripts.n-OR-nSuccessful completion of a combination of education and experience as described above.

Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
