Job Description Growing Auto Manufacturing company is looking for a experienced Tool Room Manager.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Above average interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with associates within all levels of the company Must have demonstrated managerial skills and ability to motivate and direct others Must detail oriented, organized, and willing to work under time constraints and demanding deadlines Must have knowledge of shop equipment, including CNC lathes and mills, manual lathes and mills, grinders, EDM machines, and related equipment Proven ability to analyze and resolve machine problems EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Degree or certification as a Tool & Die Maker, with journeyman certification preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in a machine shop environment Experience working with tool design software ENVIRONMENT Duties are performed indoors at the corporate offices in Grandview, MO.
