Are you a communications professional with experience fostering collaborations between communications and science staff? If so, then consider joining the NCI Office of Communications and Public Liaison! These positions will support efforts related to the COVID-19 public health emergency.
You qualify at the GS-13 level, if you meet the following qualification requirement: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: developing materials and presentations, e.g., webinars, to educate target audiences on specific public health issues; providing liaison support to NCI scientists, partners and research advocates; facilitating communications workgroups and committees; and, developing health program communications plans or strategies for an activity or workgroup.
You will receive credit for all experience material to the position, including experience gained in religious, civic, welfare, service, and organizational activities, regardless of whether you received pay.
