As a Construction Control Representative, you will be responsible forassigned projects from the preliminary identification stage through initiation, planning, execution and project closeout stages.nLocation of position:Public Building Service, Philadelphia Construction Management Section, Philadelphia, PA.nWe are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

To qualify for the GS-12, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service:nSpecialized experience isexperience applying engineering methods and techniques and construction practices related to building systems (e.g.
heating, ventilation, air conditioning, architectural finishes, electrical systems, fire protection systems, or plumbing systems, etc.); defining requirements with customers; developing construction cost estimates; inspecting construction; administering construction contracts; and reading and interpreting engineering and architectural plans and specifications.
Such experience must also include independently managing projects and/or large portions of projects (balance scope/quality, schedule and budget) requiring the services of multiple disciplines from project initiation phase through project closeout.
