You will serve as a PHYSICAL SCIENCE TECHNICIAN (INSTRUCTOR) in the RADIOLOGICAL CONTROL OFFICE of PSNS and IMF.
Salary is based on geographical location and is subject to change with the annual local wage surveys in accordance with the provisions of 5 CFR Part 532 for all employees whose official duty station is located within the geographic boundary of the wage area definition.

FOR THE GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing nuclear propulsion plant work to identify discrepancies and develop new methods or procedures to maintain radiation and radioactivity control health.
FOR THE GS-10: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: monitoring nuclear propulsion plant work to assess radiological control methods and procedures for deficiencies or non-compliance to recommend corrective action.
