SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In addition to the Basic Requirements listed above, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13in the Federal service.
Specialized experience must demonstrate knowledge of electrical engineering concepts, principles and practices applicable to the full range of engineering duties concerned with the design and construction of large office buildings; large special purpose structures such as warehouses, parking garages; and other facilities and electrical systems components of a complex nature.
