JobSummary This position is responsible to for the coordination and performance of a wide range of accounting and financial functions for Catholic Charities programs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below.

Primarily responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting related staff.

Including backing up these positions if necessary.

Responsible for training and coaching direct report staff regarding accounting practices and procedures.

Coordinating and or performing various monthly accounting operations including, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and monthly allocation, and monthly allocation journal entries.
