This position is located in the Bureau of Administration, Office of Logistics Management, Office of Program Management and Policy, Diplomatic Pouch and Mail Division, Unclassified Pouch and Mail Branch.
Incumbent provide oversight and guidance to the Acceptance, Sortation & Dispatch Sections,DOS and other agency personnel who utilize Unclassified Pouch and Mail services.

Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing guidance, procedures, and recommendations for operating a full scope of secure logistics distribution center operations.nExperience tracking performance of warehouse operations to ensure commodities move in accordance with established timelines.nExperience monitoring the condition and organization of supply levels and storage areas.nExperience developing and implementing warehouse and distribution procedures for improvements.nExperience overseeing Materials Management and Supply Chain functions including planning, procurement, storage, security and distribution of materials and products.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-12 position.
