This position is in the Special Counsel and Labor Relations Office.
The incumbent will manage all labor related legal matters arising under the various components of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, as amended, and related statutory and regulatory provisions governing other aspects of Federal sector employment and fiscal law.

BAR CERTIFICATION In order to be considered for this position, applicants must certify that they are an active member of the Bar in good standing of any state, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or any Territorial Court under the US Constitution by 01/29/2021.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Do you have one year of specialized experience equal to or equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-14): Providing authoritative guidance, interpretation and recommendations based on labor, and employee relation laws, regulations and policies; Conducting analytical research and applying legislation, regulations and decisions in order to prepare legal correspondence for labor and/or employee relation cases; and Experience litigating administrative and judicial adjudications and proceedings?
