FTA is seeking highly-motivated, mission-oriented, and innovative Senior Analyst to join the Office of Information Technology to lead efforts in defining customer 'critical to quality' factors, defines and implements process improvements on key initiatives aligned to FTA that result in significant improvements in service delivery, reduced operational unit costs, increased quality, and effective and efficient use of FTA resources.
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include: Experience adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of program effectiveness and/or organizational productivity.nExperience with management principles, organizational theory, and techniques of analysis and evaluation along with knowledge of administrative practices and procedures to conduct studies of FTA TAD's programs and operations.nExperience communicating effectively orally and in writing with both internal and external stakeholders in order to present technical or financial information to management and technical and non-technical personnel.
