Specialized Experience for the GS-15nOne year of experience equivalent to the GS-14 performing at least two (2) of the following three (3) duties or work assignments: Experience in formulating budgets in a federal agency.nExperience in formulating and justifying budgets for major administrative appropriations.nExperience in appropriations processes, laws, regulations, policies and procedures governing administrative appropriations.nExperience in communicating budgetary matters to multiple levels (internally and externally) of a federal agency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs).
