Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Management and Administration, Strategic Resourcing Alignment Division, Washington, DC This is a non-bargaining unit position.
You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Evaluating the organization and operations of Mission Support programs to assure that they are well suited to achieving strategic goals and objectives.
Recommending changes or improvements, for the programs managed and being consistent with agency law and policies.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Determining recruitment needs and making selections for vacancies, ensuring proper assignment and alignment of position duties in accordance with position descriptions.
