You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Supervising staff with responsibilities for: overseeing training, performance evaluation, assignment of work taskings, and supporting logistical and staffing needs; Exercising expertise in requirements identification and development and acquisition life cycle program management (to include: research, requirements documentation development, and operations and support activities); Providing expert, detailed, complex analysis and planning of advanced management concepts, program and project management, systems engineering, information technology and business processes development; Serving as a subject matter expert regarding formulation of opinions, decisions and performance of mission task.
